Established the HR function for ZuluTrade, Triple A Experts (AAAFx), as well as for two spin-off companies: Kyon Ltd and Skufler Ltd. Reported to the CEO and the CTO. Group HR Policies Section was designing HR policies for Alpha Bank subsidiary companies in Greece and the International Network (Balkans, UK, Cyprus & Ukraine) - total HC: 7,500 - Reported to the Head of Group HR Policies- Coordinated recruitment for roles reporting directly to the Country Managers (Balkans) in collaboration with Headhunting Firms - Contributed in establishing the Subsidiaries HR budget, and in creating Group’s HR Policy and Procedures Manual- Contributed in designing Group’s reward strategy, in collaboration with a multinational Consulting Firm- Created job descriptions for senior and mid‐level positions, in collaboration with a Big-4 Consulting Firm
