We find ourselves in the “new normality”, fused between remote work and the human connections of returning to our offices. The most important thing is that we have known how to take advantage of the best of both worlds, incorporating them into our lives. Many of our priorities have really changed, our tastes have changed, but the most important thing is that we have added value to living and sharing with people.A little information about me. I consider myself a true leader, due to respect and example, achieving the objectives that I set for my journey. No matter the size or difficulty, my biggest motivator is to have the mindset for new and exciting challenges. Along with my professional strengths, I have achieved great personal skills. I am an achiever; I like to get the job done.I have learned a lot from the people around me, always listening and observing those who with discipline and dedication make an art of their work. I have added enormous value to my skills as a Manager and General Director, my philosophy is and always will be “open door policy”.I have a solid academic and technical background, complemented by a postgraduate degree, courses and diplomas in prestigious institutions in Latin America. I have had the opportunity to substantially improve these skills through my professional adventures.A brief glimpse at my professional history:- Starting in DANAVEN (DANA Corp. Branch in Venezuela), I was the youngest engineer to complete a production line project.- Working at P&G I had the chance to proficiently achieve many projects, all in the Corporate Finance area, improving the Corporate Cash Flow Analysis and co-lead the creation and update of the Web Based Latin America Budget Tool and Automated Reports, among others.- We have achieved great goals with the Management of the Disposable Sanitary Products Plant, as an entrepreneur and more recently as an Advisor and Chief Operations Officer.- Finally, I have the honor of leading an extraordinary group of professionals, with a high sense of loyalty to their family business. We are growing sustainably, and we are sure that the future will be even better.I have a considerable self-assurance, excellent communication skills, and I always like to test my leadership with excellent multifunctional teams advocated to win in challenging scenarios.
