As part of the National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week and the Safe Spring Break Carnival, trained new team members, provided peer counseling, classroom presentations, created materials and developed programming about alcohol and other drugs, applying social services techniques like paraphrasing, reflection, active listening skills and how to be non judgmental.Center for Group Counseling

Assess needs by responding to customer cues, prioritize assisting customers over other tasks, support cashier and fitting room as immediate backup, maintain neat, clean and organized sales floor through organizing, hanging and folding merchandise. Follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance, follow all cash handling procedures per company guidelines
