Responsabilities:- To coordinate 5 key operators (heads of lines), and over 100 operators;- To organize and manage production activities of a production team during an exchange;- Sequences responsible for compliance with production planning;- Responsible for the whole process of assembly area;- Effectively, I organize and motivate the subordinate team and i ensure the administrative activity on the lines;- I attend the meetings, evaluate subordinate staff; follow and responsible for KPIs (key performance indicators);-Responsible for production efficiency, product quality, production volume, production use, protection of workers at work;- Responsible for compliance concept with 5S and 6S;- Responsible for staff planning.Achievements:My main achievements are that i gradually promoted as would be:- I started like a production operator, after that i was had line were i had 22 people to coordinate and at the end to the position of PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER where i had 200 employees in my subordinate;And then because of my involvement, fitness and confidence I have been submitted elected and successfully substituted the SHIFT MANAGER whenever it was necessary; in these periods i had to coordinate 500 people;- I was named as responsible on the scrap stream, quality stream and operational audits;- Actions taken by me has reduced scrap, reduced quality rejects and also the pride that we hadn't complaints from the customers for quality products delivered;- Proud and honored to have been chosen in the first 14 Coach of Nokia.

Responsabilities:- I assured daily maintenance of measurement and control equipment in this factory;- I assured maintenance AMC (intervention, maintenance and repairs) to the following: - measurement and control devices: Thermoset thermocouples, pressure gauges, pneumatic and electronic registers, electronic recording decks, pneumatic and electronic controllers, converters, adapters, pressure transducers and level transducers, actuators - pneumatic and solenoid valves;- plant and laboratory analytical equipment: pH meter.Achievements:- Training for the rest of the team to new digital devices that were introduced in the company;- Contribution to the renovation of the AMC Wiring section of paper machine.
