CurrentServing as a Clinical Informaticist and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the MHS Genesis EHRM initiative throughout government and military entities in support of their deployment efforts. Use expertise with customer organizations to provide strategies for growth, positive change, and improvement. • Work to advance risks, issues, and opportunities from a clinical/functional perspective• Engage joint site stakeholders (e.g., program offices, site level, health administrations, etc.) to perform discovery on sharing site priorities and dependencies• Apply informaticist knowledge to drive conversations on clinical workflows• Propose recommendations to optimize site deployments by considering the wide range of existing constraints and needs. • Extract insight that can be converted into joint risk mitigation approaches for all site deployments (as possible given the uniqueness of each). • As project lead of the DHMSM Baseline Clinical Informatics Team for the Joint Sustainment and Adoption Board coordinate between multiple stakeholders the weekly review of change requests generated by functional communities to be implemented into live production electronic health record.• Conducted multiple Leapfrog Care Point of Entry evaluation events for 54 military treatment facilities across the ranging from Rural size to Level 1 Trauma Centers across the globe. This cumulated in multiple break fixes, patient safety concerns being identified, Top Rural Hospital of the Year, as well as a passing rate of 97% for all facilities.
