After two years of operation, having considered other commitments, eventually coming to the conclusion that I would never leave my post at Vilnius City Municipality Administration, I have stopped this company’s activity and successfully continued the practice under individual business certificate, named archyvaras.lt. The idea of a small business came from my accumulated experience. Having contacts with people working in this sector, having conversations with them, I realized I could do the job more thoroughly and professionally. I have gained a lot of valuable experience, starting with establishment of business, its development, people recruitment, creation of formal business style, advertisement, searching for potential clients and communicating with them, as well as community tendering (Preparation of documents, agreements for tendering, as well as its enforcement), accountancy/bookkeeping, preparation of taxes and orher documents for taxation deadlines.
