Responsible for all QA activities that directly support execution of the process both within Operation Areas and in assigned areas outside of Operations. These activities may include, but are not limited to, performance of AQL visual inspection, routine walk-throughs, on-the-floor support, and quality batch record on-the-floor review.

Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities for assigned areas as required to maintain a cGMP environment. Perform batch record and GMP documentation entries. Maintain records and/or logs as required in performance of job responsibilities including mathematical computation. Knowledge of product security controls including controlled substance handling and outgoing quality. Set up, make adjustments, and operate machinery. Perform visual and physical checks of in-process and finished materials. Knowledge of light material handling equipment (non-motorized lifts). Perform inventory control and reconciliation activities, with the use of SAP.

Set up a safe work zone with all necessary cones, barrels, barricades etc. Use stop and slow paddles to control the flow of traffic and perform lane closures. Effective communication with your work partner to conduct the flow of traffic.Provide leadership support and guidance to ensure that safety standards are met and maximized at all time.

Mcdonalds Crew Trainers are in charge for training staff and assisting with customer service. This includes instructing and motivating crew, serving customers, keeping the restaurant clean and organized, preparing food, making sure that food safety rules are followed, and monitoring employee performance.
