- Provide sales service to the west part of Singapore - Make contact with doctors of private clinics to introduce, discuss and sell pharmaceutical products relevant to their practice - Maintain existing portfolio of customers through rapport building - Maintain existing hospitals account through rapport building with purchaser - Utilize Pivot Table to do sales forecast for the different range of pharmaceutical products - Keep track of customers purchase pattern through Pivot Table - Provide monthly sales report - Do monthly presentation on the personal highs and lows for the month.

- Make contact with the relevant school decision makers and advocates to introduce discuss and sell the range of publications & integrated teaching resources available- Build and maintain relationships with school clientele- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPI’s that are set by the organization- Provide reactive customer service to clients- Pursue clients with overdue payments for urgent settlement when required- Provide Sales Team Lead with input on marketing direction for assigned regions- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests- Constantly explore opportunities to add value to job role- Ensure that database is updated daily with accurate and comprehensive details- Keep Sales Team Lead and management notified of all appointments and plans- Keep sales Team Lead informed on progress made with clients and of any impeding issues- Ensure company terms & conditions of sale are correctly communicated to clients- Seek approval on all official statements and announcements communicated to clients- Uphold the integrity of the brands being represented while managing the expectations of clients to conform with the service standards which the organization is able to offer- Cover the duties of other Sales Consultants as and when required
