Prior to this venture, I held pivotal roles within both start-up and established drinks businesses, allowing me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in building, launching, and scaling a successful business and brand.My expertise extends beyond business development, with a proven track record in operating and commissioning beverage production and packaging facilities, as well as implementing stringent quality control and compliance procedures. I thrive on challenges and approach them with a solutions-driven mindset, delivering commercially advantageous results.In addition to my professional skills, I possess an upbeat and positive disposition that enables me to quickly connect and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, establishing valuable long-lasting relationships.Currently, I am engaged in consultancy projects, collaborating with select drinks startups and breweries. This allows me to share my expertise and contribute to the growth and success of emerging ventures. Simultaneously, I am independently exploring future projects in two exciting areas: CO2 capture from fermentation and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) with a particular interest in future food systems that will provide affordable nutritious produce within a circular economy.
