Implementation Specialist
CurrentResponsible for leading the implementation phase for new client set-up and existing client renewals for institutions, organizations, strategic partners, and others to deliver a 21st century customer experience and use of Clearinghouse products and services across the K12 and higher education continuum. This includes planning and coordinating both client and cross-functional teams to support all aspects of setup and design. Collaborate with other members of the Education Solutions division to build strong long-term relationships with both K12 and higher education institutional clients that will allow us to continue to maintain our position as the trusted partner to our education community stakeholders. Ensured client’s smooth progression and transition across entire implementation lifecycle. Create project plan and ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframe/deadlines. Provides or prescribe service enhancing recommendations to ensure positive client experience. Lead and run alignment workshops to map client’s requirements/data to Clearinghouse product/service solutions. Proactively identify potential risks and define mitigation plans to keep implementation projects on-track and prevent post-go-live issues. Review, diagram process flows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency. Perform or guide team members through configuration activities to setup the software based on client requirements. Manage cross-functional processes and teams to ensure alignment between product/service launches and overall goals. Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of the implementation, both internally and externally. Represent implementation team throughout the sales process and prospect presentations. Manages client touchpoint frequency, training, testing and resource provisioning to ensure a complete and comprehensive onboarding experience. Demonstrate openness to new perspectives and ideas.
