McDonlad's isn't just about flipping burgers and serving french fries it's much greater than that, McDonald's brings people together.My Back Story:In 2017 I saw an advertisment on T.V. about McDonald's being Americas best first job so I put it to the test. I started as a crew member in high school like most employees. However I wanted to take this to the next level.I worked hard to gain the experience and knowledge needed to join our training team where I was in charge of orientation, and in store training for 6 locations.I decided I wanted to learn more so I went back to operations in order gain more restaurant management experience. Where I am now:Over the years I've discovered I have a passion for building positive employee relations, as well as providing world class customer service.As a People & Training Admin I focus on the onboarding process for all new hires in our 50+ locations, spanning from NC, SC and VA. While also providing administrative support for our People experience Lead (PEL) and Training Department.
