Leading digital transformation projects delivering Property data solutions and APIs for banking customers

Responsible for planning and execution of projects supporting: Internet Service Providers, Business Customers and remote Satellite users adopting the NBN. End to end accountability for delivery with up to 10 teams consisting of: Product Managers, IT and Business Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Test managers, UX and vendors delivering using a mix of agile and waterfall methodologies. Managed multiple projects with $1m to $7m budget, annual project budget $15m+. Responsible for managing risk and change, providing governance and financial reporting from concept through to launch.

Responsibility for delivering Fitness First Group digital projects across 16 countries. Creation of a new digital fitness platform including the delivery of: Android and iOS apps, member portal and staff portal (Microsoft Azure cloud), integration with member and Business Intelligence platforms and third party CRM and fitness portal. Development and roll out of rebranded responsive websites for Australia, Germany, India and the Middle East using EpiServer CMS. Member of programme steering committee reporting project status to CMO, Group Marketing Director and UK Managing Director.Agile methodology was used for product development, vendor app development and internal platform development.

Responsible for managing enhancements to Vodafone Group B2B services end to end from initial stage gate approval to implementation in 15 Vodafone markets.Projects implemented solutions in the TIBCO ESB addressing major service issue and revenue leakage with key B2B partners including Microsoft and Nokia. Coordinated a project team with a mixture of on shore and off shore internal resource, a vendor team based across Europe and a major partner Microsoft, based in Seattle.

Developing an online portal to support start up businesses. A portal was scoped for each of the four Australian banks in the Westpac Group.

Identity Management Program:Developing an online (web and mobile) and mobile client user experience and single sign on for Vodafone global services. Part of the Vodafone Group identity management solution programme.Analytics Program:Planning and delivering business intelligence and reporting platform enhancements for Vodafone Group Consumer Services.

Managed virtual project team across 8 key European markets to enable the first real time view of digital content revenue (€140 million annually) at Vodafone Group. Led an agile project to enhance the platform used by third parties selling digital content to integrate with Vodafone.
