• Excellent leadership, collaboration, responsibility and instruction skills developed throughout the years. • Planned and led activities and training as a senior team for around 150 cadets. • Applied different strategies to instruct over 20 training lessons for different groups.• Led a squadron activity for 100 cadets in 2021 & was recognized as the most engaging activity in the year. • Successfully completed the 3-week Basic Survival Certificate Program by living in the woods.

• Responsible for creating training plans, teaching different swimming techniques and tracking student progress. • Built trust with students and applied different strategies to keep them motivated. • Worked collaboratively with other instructors and offered help when needed. • Taught about 40 students and almost all of them passed their levels in exams.
