- Updated and created standards of work for 30+ team members
- Assist supervisors to schedule 30+ employees to ensure optimal service is provided to customers, and limit the need for overtime
- Complete cycle counts and supply inventory daily
- Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to address delivery disruptions, resolving 200+ unique products, and ensuring that the right product is available for patient care
- Main POC during the weekend when management was not in office/on-site
