Current• Managed escalations and aided call center for requests throughout all of Stanford hospitals• Updated and created standards of work for 30+ team members• Assist supervisors to schedule 30+ employees to ensure optimal service is provided to customers, and limit the need for overtime• Complete cycle counts and supply inventory daily• Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to address delivery disruptions, resolving 200+ unique products, and ensuring that the right product is available for patient care• Main POC during the weekend when management was not in office/on-site
