Who am I?Hi! I’m Darius, a Year 2 Student! I have been enrolled in Aerospace Engineering (DAE)!What are my Interests?Being passionate in Aerospace, I have always been fond of these huge machines! Understanding more about their functionality in the skies would allow me to contribute my skills with other enthusiasts! Of course, I plan to further my studies and eventually gain a career in the field!Besides this, I also have an eye for designing, more specifically an area or a facade. If time allows, I would also like to pursue it as a side hobby! I always found it challenging but rewarding to create novel designs and perhaps turn it into reality!What am I good at?I am hands-on and focused on the tasks I perform! It is simply amazing to assemble things together and see it work! Not only am I meticulous, but I am also altruistic! I aim to do my best in everything I do, help others in every aspect! Moreover, I am proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and currently learning the ropes of AutoCAD. However, I need to continue to work on my communication skills in order to be a better team player!My RIASEC: Realistic, Investigative & Conventional.What are my experiences?I have been often given opportunities to participate in volunteering and service learning, enabling myself and others to aid the community. Currently, I am a member in my diploma's student body. Planning of games, service-learning trips to companies, etc. comes under my team's purview.I plan to take up job roles to experience life in a workspace.   In this role, I take charge of the bar area, where I prep the various drinks while the guests enjoy their meal. As an FOH, I am to attend to their needs while serving their orders. Cleanliness of the seating area and topping up the necessary items for service falls under my purview.Of course, I have to take on cashiering duties and learn to deal with errors that may pop up to ensure operations proceed smoothly as usual.I do whatever that I can to ease the workload fallen onto my team members. :)
