• System Monitoring and Optimization on Hilti IT Solutions (e.g. SAP System Performance Analysis, SAP Short dumps Analysis & Minimization, SAP alerting analysis and optimization via Solution Manager, etc.) • Development, Optimization and Support for SAP jobs automation by using UC4/Automic tool.• Provide 2nd level support to our Global IT users (US, Europe, Asia) as well as Incident management and Service request tickets from various teams (Service Now). • Analyze the trends and behavior of SAP system which supported by Solution Manager monitoring tool.• SAP Production Systems Maintenance Execution - Isolating, shutting down and bringing up SAP systems with all other integrated systems and perform systems post check analysis.
