• Produce Test Cases and perform Test Execution to validate core Business Applications in SWIFT related to Financial Messages, Financial Technologies, Data Platform Management and SAP ERP.
• Supervise Test Execution, follow-up all problems captured/reported, provide input for reports and follow up on Change Requests.
• Generate Qualification Document Report containing consolidated information of findings, fixes and execution results as a baseline for the new application or enhanced software readiness to go in Live.

• Supervise Test Execution and verification/validation phase, follow-up all problems captured/reported, provide input for reports and follow up on Change Requests.
• Generate Qualification Document Report containing consolidated information of findings, fixes and execution results as a baseline for the new application or enhanced software readiness to go in Live.

• System Monitoring and Optimization on Hilti IT Solutions (e.g. SAP System Performance Analysis, SAP Short dumps Analysis & Minimization, SAP alerting analysis and optimization via Solution Manager, etc.)
• Development, Optimization and Support for SAP jobs automation by using UC4/Automic tool.
• Provide 2nd level support to our Global IT users (US, Europe, Asia) as well as Incident management and Service request tickets from various teams (Service Now).
• Analyze the trends and behavior of SAP system which supported by Solution Manager monitoring tool.
• SAP Production Systems Maintenance Execution - Isolating, shutting down and bringing up SAP systems with all other integrated systems and perform systems post check analysis.
