- Interface directly with current prospective tenants to market lease space including preparation oflease documents.- Establish and maintain relationships with high profile owners, tenants, and their key personnel. - Effectively associate and interact in diverse cultural environment.- Enable access to subcontractors and laborers while supervising smooth transitioning of parties entering and leaving property- Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing the rules ofoccupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations, contractingthrough the use of out-sourced contractors and in-house maintenance staff.- Efficient time management- Coordinating and establishing meetings with brokers and realtors to ensure proper marketability of available units

- Demonstrate or explain products, methods, or services to persuade customers to purchase products or use services.  - Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochures, or other incentives to persuade people to buy products. - Record and report demonstration-related information, such as the number of questions asked by the audience or the number of coupons distributed. - Suggest specific product purchases to meet customers' needs.  Keep areas neat while working and return items to correct locations following  demonstrations. - Practice demonstrations to ensure that they will run smoothly.  -Learn about competitors' products or consumers' interests or concerns to answer  questions or provide more complete information. - Visit trade shows, stores, community organizations, or other venues to demonstrate products or services or to answer questions from potential customers.
