• Establish plans and schedules for the maintenance and repair of over 1000 vehicles in the 334 Brigade Engineer Battalion in order to ensure satisfactory production levels and maintain equipment operational readiness of over 90%• Conduct initial and long-range planning on multiple process production, maintenance operations, and equipment readiness• Manage 3 Production Controllers by providing them with guidance in the maintenance management process utilizing GCSS-Army, a SAP Enterprise System (i.e. parts procurement, parts issue, scheduling maintenance plans, etc.)• Schedule biweekly pick-up times with different maintenance shops to procure parts for vehicles
