Strategize, implement and deliver on technical partnerships.

Developed various financial tools for both the main AARP site as well as LifeTuner.org using Flex. The tools varied from financial market prediction games to complex retirement and social security tools.Built aarpfs.org in order to provide a distribution system for the tools. The website is using the latest HTML5 stack with PHP support on backend.Worked and provided admin support for lifetuner.org. Implemented various features using Ruby on Rails and the Radiant Framework, assisted with deployments and system setup.Built and deployed the AARP Workforce Assessment Tool (aarpworkforceassessment.org) using the HTML5 stack, Ruby on Rails and Mongo DB.

Helped building a complex web-based recording studio that allows musicians from all over the world to come together and collaborate in creating music.Responsible for the Flex part of the project, including architecture, UI, backend communication & project integration.Created the main mixer and also created a music player that is being embedded on many social sites including Facebook and MySpace.

Developed a Rich-Internet Application that provides personalized, unbiased financial advice based on complex profile simulations, which utilizes Adobe Flex, HTML & JSF on the front-end and Java (JBoss Seam) on the back-end.Actively participated in the entire life cycle of a product, including requirement analysis, programming, quality assurance and operations / infrastructure maintenance.
