I have had the opportunity to participate in a consolidation project, where I was the IT team leader responsible for the merger of the IT areas of four companies. Themain objective of the IT integration was to ensure the continuity of the merged company's operations. I was responsible for bringing together the IT and business people of all the companies in order toachieve the objective. Since August, the consolidated companies have been operating as one.

I was given the opportunity to set up and lead a department. In the first two years, we put in place Information Systems development processes and a change management procedure for the company.Achievements:• Adapted to the company's processes and implemented a document management system using Microsoft SharePoint technology• Pilot project for customer self-service using low code/no code technology developed• Led development of a system for collecting and processing data from different sources (MS SQL DB, Excel) to report debtors data to the LB PRDB systemResponsibilities:• Preparation, implementation and maintenance of the IT budget• Implementing and managing public procurement in IT area• Identification and maintenance of IT infrastructure needs• Analysis of business needs• Allocation and prioritization of team assignments

Further development of existing IT solutions for the administration of financial instruments. Company needs analysis and offering of IT solutions. My goal is to facilitate the work efficiency, operations control and data integrity.

Co-ownerApplying new IT technologies to the Education sector.I worked with expert teachers and programmers to develop educational computer tools for teachingMathematics using web technologies. Developed a tool to support the mastery of the course for grades 9-12.

Lecturer in Electronic Publishing for the Masters in Publishing at the VU Faculty of Communication.The topic covered the whole electronic publishing process, protection of electronic products, development technologies, and practical training in electronic publishing.
