As a Partner (Vendor) Performance Specialist, I focus on optimizing the performance of operations support teams and ensuring successful partnerships with our vendors. My role involves analyzing key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and leading performance reviews to implement strategies that enhance member satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, I lead and contribute to projects that have a significant impact across the entire department. Third Party Risk Management team works on a global scale maintain a coherent third-party portfolio. My duty is to ensure that third parties of all regions are leveraged as part of their business, and all relevant teams and business units are properly trained and briefed on how to manage third parties to the required security standard.As the SME for Europe/Asia region, my duty was to ensure that third parties are analysed, reviewed, risk tiered, onboarded and maintained following TU's TPRM program. I also provided regular training and support for relationship owners, other business lines and units about information security importance, how to be security minded, our TPRM program and its implementation at the company.

I got selected to participate at the national basketball league academy for future talents to take part in league basketball management, marketing, project management, communication and event organisation activities. Personal highlights would be the work with "Žalgiris" club working on a client experience project, social media work and the coordination of sponsored arena activations at the national league cup event. As I have huge desire to work in sports related field, this was an amazing opportunity to understand what it feels to be part of one of the best team, most reputable organisation in Lithuania and gain valuable experience.

With the knowledge gained in "Minded", I led a start-up called "NoSlep". Created with business partners, our product helps drivers to maintain alertness the road by using the uniquely formulated aromatherapy-based inhaler backed by our research. "NoSlep" took II place in the Lithuanian Junior Achievement competition for young companies.

Learning path to success by using Design Thinking methodology that allows people to get rid of established stereotypes and common forms of problem solving. Key for that - Creative Thinking which helps to find out the needs of the client, build prototypes and test possible solutions to the problem by realizing them in a creative fashion.First semester I have been working in a group project for “Maisto bankas“ ("Food bank") - a non-profit organization that focuses on responsible food consumption, decreasing the food waste, and engaging people to fight poverty. Our project goal was to find new and innovative solutions for specific organization’s objectives by using the methods that we learned in the course. We also created a video called "Nelygink" ("Do not compare"). By theme Celebrating Self, this video was created with intention to show people, that you don't need to compare yourself to anything or anyone and you have to embrace yourself, what makes YOU happy. Second semester me and my team worked with an early phase clinical trials research company "BIO1" to create unique and creative communication strategy. We followed Double Diamond design process model throughout our work and applied everything that we knew from Design Thinking methodologies. This semester also contained a project focused on making a Social Impact in smaller communities. In a little village called Stakliškės we created one of a kind painting on the bus stop. It's purpose is to cheer local community by having this unique attraction, embrace happiness and what they are known for - honey, mead and "šakotis" (Lithuanian traditional spit cake).
