I’ve been a Certified Instructor from ESRI since 1994. I am well experienced in enterprise Geographical Information System (GIS) implementation and have been consistently successful in delivering strong cost reductions, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced customer satisfaction. I’m energetic and innovative with a special talent for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems and escalated issues.I have extensive experience with various Environmental Database Management (EDM) structures, including EQuIS, GeoTracker, and GIS/Key. I have developed several tools to map and convert EDM data models to another.I have creative web application developing skills, especially in GIS and other spatial data technologies. I also have extensive programming experiences with ESRI products, SQL databases, and open-source web mapping solutions.I have developed a variety of tools in different platforms and environments. I have been involved in Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and Desktop application development for field data-collection utility. I also have developed several add-in tools in MS office (Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook) for automation purposes. I have comprehensive experience in .NET solutions development in data management projects. I have extended familiarity with Autodesk products such as AutoCAD and capability to utilize diverse 3D spatial data formats into project data. My knowledge of CAD, GIS and database has created unique platform to manage different data sources to create design plans and analysis for various projects.
