Management Consultant in Accenture’s Health & Public Service (Government) Operating Group responsible for designing and implementing change and process interventions that integrate strategy, technology, and people to enable improvements that create value for clients. Previous internal and external-facing project experience includes the following (starting with the most recent):- Led the development of the future state vision, organizational structure, and programmatic curriculum for a non-profit's Prisoner Re-Entry Program- Utilized components of Agile methodology to build client’s transformation blueprint, which included delivering current state assessments (by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data) and developing future state models and organizational structures- Co-developed and executed enterprise-wide change management and communication strategy across 4 workstreams to lead people, process, and culture changes for client’s IT Investment Governance refresh- Assessed maturity of client’s value-driven Digital Transformation Plan through the development and facilitation of 14 design-thinking workshops, yielding 125 customer/business challenge themes encompassing 460 underlying pain points - Supported and engaged in the development of opportunity pricing strategy and deal shaping for ~$700M+ of current and competitive client work, based on financial modeling, price/cost scenario analysis, and competitive intelligence - Helped shape and execute a growth strategy across a $2 billion project portfolio through competitive analyses, market research, business case development, and opportunity analysis and pursuit
