Working with a team of Relationship Managers/Loan Officers to administer several loan programs offered throughout Main Street's lending footprint. Veteran Launch was a program of Main Street Launch, a non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) based in Oakland, California. At Veteran Launch, we provided SBA small business loans to qualified California small businesses owned by Veterans, Active Duty, and their families who are unable to obtain traditional bank financing. Expanded Veteran Launch to Southern California in mid 2018 and by early 2020 we were recognized as "Veteran Lender of the Year" by the San Diego County U.S. Small Business Administration.

Developed and managed the San Francisco Emerging Business Loan Fund and Revolving Loan Fund with the City of San Francisco to provide small businesses with comprehensive and affordable financial solutions to start or grow. Worked alongside the Office of Economic Workforce Development, Mayor’s Office, various community partners, and banks for a successful rollout in 2012. Goals and objectives were met each year during my supervision. Was recognized as one of the top SBA Community Advantage lenders in San Francisco and nationally during this time and responsible for deploying almost $18 million and creating/sustaining over 1,000 full-time jobs over six years under this initiative.
