Responsible for the initial review of all Survivability and Vulnerability Information and Analysis Center (SURVIAC) Statements of Work (SOW) that are being considered for award by the Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC). SOWs are the government contracts that outline the work that will be performed by Booz Allen Hamilton which operates SURVIAC. SURVIAC is the DoD’s institution for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating scientific and technical information (STI) related to all aspects of survivability and lethality for aircraft, ground vehicles, ships and spacecraft, to conventional homeland security threats including chemical, biological, directed energy, and non–lethal weapons. Also responsible for oversight of over 60 SURVIAC Task Orders located in the DC Metro region to ensure on time delivery of STI, ensure all work is within the scope of the project, and perform other task management functions. I also act as one of the lead STI subject matter experts for SURVIAC deliverables. Other responsibilities include financial tracking, task order closeout with the government contracting officer representative, metrics development and reporting, project cost estimation, and managing multiple projects.
