In this role I was responsible for a list of 60+ clients. I provided each with a personalized exercise program and ensured the retention and renewal of client membership.My attitude and work ethic resulted in me being promoted to the role of Master Trainer within 3 months. The results and feedback from my clients led to management referring to me as one of the best trainers at LA Fitness.

When I joined the team that would become Uniglass they were doing business as a numbered company in partnership with various locations. We specialized in windshield repairs and replacements through direct marketing. The founders were two cousins, one of whom had a brother working in the business part time, and the final full timer was a friend of the family. In 2016 I would become the fifth employee and the first hire outside of the family circle.By the end of 2017 I had trained a team of around 10 employees whose combined sales took the company to its first $1M year. This growth helped the company become a Uniglass franchise where it was able to expand its services and survive the pandemic to still be a thriving business to this very day.
