16th Street Strings is a Denver-based musician group that performs on 16th Street Mall in downtown Denver and Pearl Street Mall in Boulder. The music played is a mix of classical repertoire, pop song arrangements, and improvisations. The group utilizes different equipment including a pickup, amp, and looper pedal.

Maintained consistency in crafting food and beverages for customers in a timely manner to meet a 30-second drive-through window time, ensuring customers are happy with their orders to maximize customer retention. Liaised with customers to ensure each order is correct and custom to the customer’s request. Problem-solved complaints and provided top-notch customer service. Established customer connections by learning regular clients’ names, orders, and customizations, and created new connections while keeping up with assigned roles and tasks to represent the company’s mission of nurturing human connections.

Collaborated with several musicians and vocalists through 16 total services, each ranging 3 - 5 hours, to create a cohesive 12- show Fiddler on the Roof production. Handled unforeseen adversity by enlisting substitute musicians when colleagues were out sick and filled them in on music cuts and nuances. Prepared music material properly before rehearsals and performances.

Collaborated with a team of counselors to supervise and create a fun, engaging, and memorable summer for over 80 campers ages 12-18. Organized the camper’s daily schedules, which included booking them into individual practice rooms and rehearsal spaces that met their specific individual needs. Mentored younger musicians, led chamber coachings and orchestra sectionals, and advised with tips and tricks for improvement.
