Responsible for medical life support training and development for 6 functional departments. Recruited a 6 instructor team which taught 45 offsite medical operations courses and provided an in-house facilitator pool creating an organization wide training resource. Trained 75 registered nursing leaders and orientated staff 2 months ahead of schedule on hospital operations. Managed 6 employees, 315 transatlantic patient transfers, 7 evacuation crews which transported 1590 sick injured patients to medical facilities across the pacific which successfully upheld a 98 percent survival rate. Assisted with the plan and execution of a mass aeroevacuation deploying 40 employees to transport 300 patients during Japanese Tsunami.
