Experienced coach, leader, mentor, educator and motivator of youth and professionals. As an accomplished professional in these realms, I bring a wealth of experience and a unique blend of skills that drives both individual and organizational success. My multi-faceted expertise is characterized by a deep commitment to fostering growth, cultivating and developing potential into results, and inspiring the greatness within. Previous experiences of working in education with Prince William County Public Schools, volunteer efforts in youth sports, has spear-headed a lifelong journey of mentorship and leadership through sports and education. The journey began while coaching recreational sports which led to coaching opportunities at Paul VI Catholic, Woodbridge Senior High School, and on to stops at Bowie State University as well as George Mason University. The knowledge obtained at each stop created a desire to complete my undergraduate degree in Leadership and Sports Psychology. As a visionary and motivator for a non-profit program, we have had the opportunity to assist in the development of I.T. professionals, Financial advisors, real-estate investors, collegiate student-athletes as well as European basketball professionals, NBA and WNBA.
