Location Manager
Current• Oversee daily operations of branch location that averages approx. 120 monthly customers, including vehicle quality control clearance, location inventory, presentation upkeep, and staff assignments• Coordinate availability of vehicles for reservations, while managing rental check-ins and returns for approximately 30-100 vehicles a month• Provide high-quality customer service, by counseling clients on terms and conditions of rental, processing payments and refunds, and resolving complaints or concerns expeditiously
