Location Manager
Current- Oversee daily operations of branch location that averages approx. 120 monthly customers, including vehicle quality control clearance, location inventory, presentation upkeep, and staff assignments
- Coordinate availability of vehicles for reservations, while managing rental check-ins and returns for approximately 30-100 vehicles a month
- Provide high-quality customer service, by counseling clients on terms and conditions of rental, processing payments and refunds, and resolving complaints or concerns expeditiously
