As Regional EHS Lead within governance and control role under GE Account, work collaboratively with Integrated Facility Management teams to ensure full compliance with all EHS requirements at 42 sites/offices across 10 countries in Europe.Key responsibilities:- manages implementation of Client standards and EHS programs to meet contractual obligations- designing and implementing practical risk management strategies and safety procedures based on the CBRE EHS Management System- ensuring compliance with all Client owned policies, life safety standards and practice by CBRE staff and contractors- track regulatory changes applicable to IFM scope to identify impact on operations activities on site teams- assign site-specific compliance tasks, inspections across sites to ensure its up-to-date and accurate and verify quality assurance of closed actions- carry out weekly compliance reporting and data-mine to track actions and ensure all operational tasks are closed out effectively and on time- conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews against CBRE and Client EHS metrics/KPI’s to identify improvement plans and support sites with implementation- supporting audit program and conduct governance audits based on risk-matrix - lead incident investigations, review incident/concern reports and support with follow-up and improvements- review and submit EHS transaction checklists for IFM-managed sites and conduct due diligence to identify risk profile for new sites.

Deliver in Poland, HSSE compliance with Legislation, Group and Region Functional Standards and drive continual improvement in meeting the expectations set out within Getting HSSE Right. Provide coaching and facilitation assist the all in-Central Cluster Country Advisors to deliver the HSSEQ strategy and vision for the business in Central Europe. Act as Business Security Rep and EURO 2012 Project Team Member responsible for coordination and delivery the HSSE agenda for the Project Plan.
