- Independently leading a range of complex and strategic sourcing activities across a range of different commodities, in accordance with Nordea Procurement Policy- Working closely with multiple Business Units to deliver cost savings, process efficiencies and create value whilst ensuring regulatory compliance- Developing commercial models and facilitating market research to ensure fact based decision making on assigned projects- Owning and aligning negotiation strategies with key stakeholders on assigned projects- Leading contract drafting in cooperation with Group Legal

- Sourcing various commodities (IT related) with competitive pricing and lead time- Managing supplier selection, quotation and sample process- Effective supplier management and assuring operational process set up and maintenance for the EMEA region- Negotiating and driving improvements of business terms with suppliers (prices, payment & delivery terms, discounts etc.)- Drafting contracts in cooperation with Legal Department- Driving strategic sourcing activities in accordance with internal company policy and customer's expectations- Develop analytical data: supplier cost analysis, market trend analysis for commodities- Working closely with key stakeholders to understand all project requirements- Ensuring that all necessary system parameters are set up correctly, allowing planners to order new products when required

- Responsible for Business Administration & Management category and being support for IT category (both indirect spend)- Supporting Category Managers in their daily work- End-to-end projects management- Engaging with client stakeholders for opportunity identification- Supplier identification and profiling- Conducting spend analysis- RFI / RFQ / RFP preparation and execution

- Obtaining technical data of products and clarifying with suppliers detailed product information requirements- Participating in classification of products according to ETIM standards- Strengthening business relations with European suppliers - Ensuring that products database is correct and complete- Cooperating with product managers and other product data leads in terms of database creation and maintaining good relations with suppliers- Taking part in improvement of creation of product information base related process

- Assuring products availability to meet customer's demand by communicating regularly with vendors and interacting daily with production and logistics department, to ensure all work orders are completed, continuity of supply is maintained at all times and product gets delivered in line with commit dates- Placing orders with suppliers and tracking shipments from the moment goods are dispatched to the point when they are delivered to customer's external hubs- Being one of customer’s main point of contact for CFI related issues- Reviewing and querying forecasts provided by the customer, if not in line with consumption- Updating daily and weekly reports to identify and report on current and potential shortages- Maintaining good relations with suppliers - Dealing effectively with both, customer and supplier queries - Working to reduce any potential excess and obsolete (E&O) - Expediting potential shortages- Providing service to export customer (providing quotations and arranging shipments)

- Responsible for the entire procurement process, from verifying requisitions, placing orders, monitoring their fulfillment and delivery, to lodging complaints in case of defective deliveries- Stock control and reacting to changes in customer demand- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones - Negotiating prices, delivery and payment terms with suppliers- Cooperating with customs agencies and freight forwarders- Being responsible for payments to international suppliers

- Verifying potential banks’ clients- Direct contact with banks’ debtors and negotiating repayment of debts
