Settlement of works, services, supplies of materials - preparation of Payment Certificates. (More than 260 subcontracts, over 4,5 k issued payment certificates)- preparation of procedures and document templates for settlements with subcontractors from scratch- verification of Interim payment applications, issuing Payment Certificates,- verification of subcontracting agreements in terms of entries related to settlements- keeping a register of deductions and backcharges in accordance with the provisions of subcontracts (performance bond, participation in construction insurance, media consumption, penalties, re-invoicing)- preparation of reports and statements regarding settlements2. Comprehensive settlement of all works performed with the Client in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract - PŚP (FIDIC yellow book)- preparation of the Basic Bill of Quantities for Permanent Works (ZPRS) from scratch- preparation of procedures, document templates, and billing files from scratch- preparation of Interim Payment Applications, supervision and responsibility for the correct course of the document flow process, constant contact with the Contract Engineer in matters related to settlements- coordinating the work of a team of Construction Engineers in the field of correct preparation of documents necessary for the settlement of performed works,- control of settlements in terms of taking into account all performed works and purchased materials,- preparation of analyzes and financial reports,- keeping registers of the settled scopes of works, comments of Supervision Inspectors, etc.- preparation of the list of due invoices3.
