I'm a Polish sports lawyer. I have a degree in both law and economics. I also completed the FIFA/CIES programme in sports management.I am the owner of a law firm and a sports consultancy in Poland. I am also a member of the team of experts at the Football Development Institute, where I am responsible for the sports law and formal aspects of football.I specialise in sports law, civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on business negotiations, company formation and registration, company management and debt recovery. I have many years of experience in representing clients before common courts, enforcement authorities and state bodies in Poland.I also represent clients before the Court of Arbitration for Football Disputes operating under the auspices of the Polish Football Association. I conduct trainings and courses for people involved in the sports industry, e.g. for sports directors, sports agents, players and parents of young players, as well as for owners and managers of clubs and football academies. I am also the author of publications on legal issues.My clients are football players, parents of young players, football agents, football coaches and owners of clubs and football academies. I also represent investors in the establishment of clubs and football academies in Poland and provide legal advice on the acquisition of Polish clubs and sports companies.
