Dariusz Plazewski is a Founding Director Bimber Distillery Ltd. In 2015, Dariusz turned his passion for handcrafted spirits into a new business and opened a craft distillery in north-west London. Bimber commenced trading rapidly, establishing a prominent presence within its market and building relationships with a diverse range of clients and customers. Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lover, with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely seen today. Bimber’s first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016 and we released our inaugural single malt whisky (The First) three years later in September of 2019 – the limited release of 1,000 hand numbered bottles. In 2020, Bimber is releasing a wide range of new single malt whiskies – all with our trademark accessible, fruit forward character.Our hand-crafted approach to whisky production passionately combines traditional methods, expertise and an absolute commitment to quality. At Bimber we combine generations of rich distilling heritage, with the finest quality ingredients to create the ultimate craft whisky experience and help drive forward the emerging English whisky category. Now the company is a leading producer of premium, hand crafted single malt whisky, which is sold to clients and customers throughout the UK and internationally. Since founding Bimber Distillery in 2015 the company has gone from strength to strength and predominantly operating within the alcoholic beverages market, it has established a prominent position within its sector and is held in high regard for the quality of its offering.
