Worked as a Country Manager for Maintec, United People and SBA Euro and was responsible for recruiting Polish workers for foreign employers.Since 1998 he worked for SBA Uitzendbureau (SBA Flex).Together with SBA Uitzendbureau founded the first Polish employment agency recruiting Polish workers for Dutch companies. As a General Manager Poland was responsible for 8 branches in Poland and 2 branches in the Czech Republic. He was responsible for creating an international recruitment strategy based on the highest standards. While managing the Polish branch of SBA more than 15 000 workers from Eastern Europe found a job in the Netherlands. In the years 1999 - 2000 he worked for the Dutch insurance company Nationale-Nederlanden Poland S.A. (ING Group). 2004 - 2006 Member of the Board and President of the Board of the All-Polish Convention of Labor Agencies.
