• Daily management of a credit portfolio of ‘go-forward’ RBS NL corporate clients.
• Management of wind down exposure (from credit perspective) of portfolio of ensuring timing on agreed exit dates is met; monitoring progress of the client exit and assessment the risk involved.
• For all clients in both portfolios, responsible for: recommending and/or providing credit approvals for transactions, annual reviews, performing financial analysis, negotiating credit terms in client documentation, etc.

• Credit Officer covering Financial Institutions and Sovereign counterparts in Turkey / Middle East / Central & Eastern Europe;
• Assessing, recommending and approving (within assigned delegated authority) structured & flow transactions across the major investment banking products (Lending / Derivatives / Trade Finance) involving credit risk.
• Living and breathing assigned credit portfolio by performing client due diligence, monitoring press and daily reports (limit excesses, early warning indicators and collateral call disputes)
• Maintaining active dialog with business partner
• Supporting the ongoing development of credit risk management systems.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

• Providing day to day excess approvals for payment orders received from Financial Institutions & Corporate Clients under delegated authority obtained from Group Credit.
• Ensuring proper escalation of excesses to higher credit authorities when outside delegated authority levels.
• Advising Business and Credit during annual counterparty facility review process and proactively initiating rightsizing activities.
• Delivering various MI on regular basis and on demand.

Amsterdam Area, Netherlands

• Delivering timely and high quality credit recommendations for annual reviews and new transactions
• Preparing full counterparty credit analysis, incl. financial analysis, determining key risk issues, stress testing, reviewing counterparty credit limits.
