OKIDAY is a company created by enthusiasts and specialists in various fields. The brand was created as a result of an idea, need, received support and our determination to create solid, functional items.We debuted with a line of "ready to go" car accessories for children, which make car travel more comfortable, and thus also safer. The first product of the line are anti-sweat inserts for car seats, but the key product is footrests for children's car seats.

- Products development and implementation for factories production lines, assumptions preparation, schedules, cost estimates, team building, tests, (has implemented over 1,000 products, including 18 on the production lines of VW and Mostwa factories), - Predicting threats, risk management, taking necessary actions. Product implementation on the Western Europe and Scandinavia market (product expansion),- selection of strategic IT solutions for the company - ERP system and design support systems (PDM, PLM, CAD),- obtaining new financing from European Funds (MJWPU, PARP, NCBIR),- creating a strategy for short and long-term development of the Company on the basis of SWOT, KCS, VRIO, PESTEL, USP analyzes (sales increase ~ 33%),- development of an incentive system for the Company's employees (reduction of the company's people turnover ratio from 9.8% to 2.6%),- implementation of teams remote work systems, (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Jira),- building strategic aliases, developing KPIs for the Company (profitability and quality of production), and decision support systems (multivariate analysis, BI in ERP).
