My job is to create design solutions that have a high visual impact. For me it is essential to listen clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. I develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.My work includes:- meeting clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job- interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose- estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients- developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research- thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts- using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time- presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients- working with a wide range of media, including photography, DTP- working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print;- keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Powerpoint, Keynote- commissioning illustrators, photographers, copywriters, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers and marketing specialists.

- Participate in brand creative projects including the ongoing development of brand positioning and brand identity- Working together with art, copy and account staff to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for company, in-house and new business needs- Created, produced and launched multiple integrated campaigns across print, online, outdoor, and social media.- Designing presentations and materials for new business pitches and company communications- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and website- Working collaboratively with a team of copywriters, video producers, photographers, account executives, web developers and clients
