Recruit, onboard, and evaluate the performance of sales engineers, ensuring high levels of productivity, technical competency, and engagement. Create a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous learning within the sales engineering t team.**Pre-Sales Support**- Work closely with the sales leadership and sales teams to define technical strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs.- Oversee technical presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring the sales engineering team is equipped to articulate the value and competitive differentiation of the company’s solutions.- Serve as the technical authority in the sales process, collaborating with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions.- Evaluate and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and customer queries, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.**Strategy and Execution**:- Work with the sales leadership to develop and implement the sales engineering strategy, aligning with business objectives and market needs.- Develop scalable processes and best practices for sales engineering engagements.- Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs), such as customer engagement, win rates, and sales cycle time, and continuously refine the sales engineering approach based on performance data.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to ensure the company maintains a strong market position.
