Constantly checking maturity and performance level of supply chain activities through scorecard, KPI, gate reviews requirements, self-assessments, competencies and execution plans. Working with the HQ team in Paris to identify and implement best practices from Alstom worldwide and industry in all supply chain activities in the region as well as enhancing collaboration between the regions and other sites of Alstom. Contributing and collaborating with other departments (e.g., Quality, Production, Engineering, Sourcing etc) to resolve current contracts execution issues, to improve service level and increase sales in the region.

Managed a team of 8 people covering wide variety of functions including order management, production planning and mill scheduling, warehousing, transportation and logistics, customs and documentation, invoicing and service center planning for inspections and repairs. Implemented Tenaris and industry best practices which increased delivery performance, minimized costs, improved efficiency and services (pipe management). Participated in HSE objectives setting definition, conducted risk assessments for all supply chain operations. Served customers as TCO, KPO, NCOC, KMG, Zhaikmunai, Maersk, Dragon Oil, etc and acted as Key Account Manager for KPO. Acted as focal point of contact with Country and Local Authorities (meetings, negotiations, forums, etc). Supported in preparation of tender packages, customer and supplier relationship including claims management. Conducted due diligence for potential and existing suppliers on periodic basis.

Project aimed to create sustainable competitive advantages by generating significant financial returns and enhancing the customer experience. Managed a pipe threading facility construction to support production operations of 60,000 tons of tubular products per year, covered storage facility comprising 1,000 sq.m and 10,000 sq.m of pipe stacking area. Managed the Project coordination activities with track leaders (Engineering, IT, HR, Commercial, Quality, HSE, Finance, Legal, etc) to assure timely accomplishment of the project milestones in compliance with the defined budget and deadlines. Conducted due diligence of potential suppliers. Conducted tender and pretender procedures, concluded wide range of contracts and contracted services required for operations, logistics and administration (catering, waste management, transportation, etc.). Administered maturity and development of quality checks (DFQ) of the project in all stages (mobilization, readiness, stabilization, demobilization, hand back reviews).

Managed supply chain activities by ensuring products are manufactured and delivered according to schedule and with the quality expected by the customer, and optimizing the area's processes, costs and performance.
