Maintaining lab accreditation to ISO 17025• Calibration and repair of pressure and temperature measurement devices and repair• Electronic circuit and signal communication troubleshooting including protocols (Modbus, Hart, 4-20mA, RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet)• Implementation of ISO 17025 calibration specific standard and ISO GUM uncertainty methodology• Technical communication with customers, and support/regulatory organizations• Participation in a team environment committed to exceeding customer expectations

Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the calibration program. Perform validations (IQs/OQs) and temperature mappings. Responsible for calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of the Production, R&D and Quality instruments and equipment. Ensuring that the operation of production equipment and documentation meets the calibration requirements of cGMP. Train, guide and develop other instrumentation technicians. Develop testing methods to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsible for customer site field service support of Measurement Instrumentation products such as: Rosemount (level, pressure, temperature & flow), Micromotion, and other measurement devices and systems as well as Application Assistance on customer sites and in the shop ensuring that all quality standards and customer satisfaction is met.

Responsible for leading and supervision of Metrology Lab activities including calibration, troubleshooting, repair, installations, configurations, and compliance to GxP, Health Canada, US Pharmacopeia and other regulatory bodies and guidelines. Supervise, oversee and direct the planning and execution of daily activities of the Maintenance Metrology Department to facilitate optimum performance Coordinate unplanned equipment repair, including assigning work orders, manpower, materials and time, training and quality Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, commission, configure and maintain electrical, mechanical and control instruments and systems Lead and coordinate lean initiatives for Metrology Department Subject Matter Expert for PMT integration into the Global SAP system Write, review and implement controlled documents (SOPs, work instructions, IQs/OQs/PQs, etc.) Perform computer software validations Develop calibration methods and techniques Responsible for Department’s compliance to regulations and guidelines. Train Metrology personnel on proper calibration procedures Train staff across the organization in the maintenance activities in SAP Perform and administer periodic performance appraisals Conduct interviews and assist in hiring for Maintenance Department Promote and maintain safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety guidelines Represent Metrology at the audits by Regulatory Agencies Provide technical recommendations for equipment issues Updating the graphics and programming on the Distributed Control System Lead and execute the process improvement projects
