Darko Filipi is a Vice President of Space Systems at Overview Energy. He possess expertise in testing, spacecraft, systems engineering, space systems, proposal leadership and 23 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "I have been Darko’s supervisor on the Orion Launch Abort System for almost three years. As the systems engineer assigned to the jettison and abort motors, Darko’s responsibilities included maintaining requirements specifications and performing verification in preparation for a pad abort flight test. In addition, he owned Action Items and became one of our Cradle administrators (SE Tool). Darko has excellent communication skills and is a very calm, collected presenter, responding so well to questions that in one series of reviews he was specifically requested to travel to the next location to present the topic again. Given just a vague suggestion of what data should be presented, Darko can create very clear graphical representations which capture the desired message. Darko tackles new challenges with enthusiasm. He excels at automating tasks, whether exporting data from Cradle or manipulating data in Excel. This propensity was extremely valuable on a program where, more often than not, one time requests turned into weekly updates.
