Now I am a business solutions director and I manage projects and people, mostly how to manage people on many projects and how to close project in time. I am still in touch with Oracle technology, mostly on finding problem solutions and looking for new database technologies. My work is also a HRM for my department and assisting with strategic company decisions. Daily I am in contact with our customers with providing them the best solutions with high quality of application code, scalability and stability.

Later on I was working in IT billing and Reporting department where I have created and successfully controlled large amount of ad-hoc reports, later professional member of DWH project team.I was trustee of DWH operative of DWH system and controller of execution and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly reports; also worked on complex queries and delivery results and data presentation to top management. Support to Controlling department every day, supervision of use and help when implemented Fraud System (system for early show up a fraud). Cooperation when specification for CRM system was prepared.

Design and implementation of information system for small cattle - a lot of customers (countryman) needed an application for tracking small cattle across Slovenia. I have programmed an application in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports; an application is still in operation.
