My technology journey started 20 years ago through my first work position at the university where I discovered passion for C++, Embedded C++ and implementation & testing of software solutions for 3G mobile technology. This resulted in one specific project specification I made for one of our German client that actually triggered an idea for starting a mutual venture called Zesium mobile d.o.o.Turning point in my entrepreneurial path happened when the German partner left the Zesium and I was asked to take over the steering wheel, which kicked me off from the comfort zone that I had by working on technology side only.Learning how important it is to work with people who have compatible interests & goals, learning about markets, sales, finance helped me at a very young age better grasp the power of collaboration in building a successful business.Today Zesium is a software development & consulting company that uses proven industry know-how, full consultancy cycle, agile development and transparent communication to deliver highly effective & scalable custom made software solutions.During the past 20+ years, we have:➡️ delivered 120+ client projects on 10+ markets➡️ built 7 figure business which is highly-profitable without any outside funding➡️ worked with names like Siemens, John Deere and Schneider Electric➡️ established a proven track record of delivering full-scope software solutionsOur secret sauce consists of 2 elements:➡️full consultancy cycle approach regarding product development strategy & add-on delivery where we focus on clearly understanding client's needs and openly communicating every important change which happens during our partnership ➡️ comprehensive hiring system & employee training process based on principles of close mentorship & collaboration which makes our employees able to fully support our clients independently.
