At this position I was responsible for creating tests in order to find any problems withthe software before the product got launched. I’ve pinpointed and analyzed bugs(foundduring testing) and documented them in the consolidated software documentation.My normal workday was to write automated tests using Cypress, Puppeteer andBackstopJS and ensuring those tests work by constantly updating them as theFrontend released new updates. Besides e2e tests I used postman for API tests. I had tocollaborate closely with software developers to fix and patch the apps.

While at this position I had the opportunity to create and configure web applicationsfrom scratch and be part of bigger decisions related to the software architecture andcoding standards. Also had the opportunity to lead a team related just toanimations and performance of the web apps.Afterwards I’ve done a few mentor-ships and was teaching HTML&CSS to beginners in aschool NSoft organized.At this position I’ve had the opportunity to work with React, Angular apps but mainlywith VueJS. Worked closely with the Design and QA team. I’ve participated innumerous large scale projects from scratch to successful launch.

At this position I was responsible for creating and maintaining multiple website/apps whichrequired to be written in pure Javascript. During this period I got introduced to theGambling industry and the software requirements in it. Some of my tasks were to adaptmultiple apps to low performing devices like the RaspberryPi, Set top Box, etc.Trough these type of tasks I got to work on a lot of animations written in CSS and pureJavascript and got to see their impact on all kind of devices. Learned the wholeprocess of how browsers read frontend code and transform it pixels on the screentrough the CPU & GPU and therefore I was able to create butter smooth animations andexperiences.
