Ocean Drive is a feature length, historical drama chronicling the birth of beach music and shagging in the Carolinas during the 1940s–’50s. Our story follows Chicken Hicks, a brave young man whose love of dance and music inspire him to cross racial divides, but is met with opposition from a puritanical Southern society led by the father of our hero’s one true love.

I cherish this wonderful experience leading the GFA Academic team through a new phase of growth, in the midst of a pandemic. Not only did we increase enrollment, we provided a model for interactive online and hybrid learning that will continue to serve education in the future. Some of our other accomplishments of the last year:√ Redesigned over 20 syllabi and courses to meet SACSCOC standards for accreditation in a Certification program with three tracks in production, post-production and digital entertainment;√ Researched, wrote and produced an online COVID Compliance Course that was used by over 25,000 folks and dozens of studio productions to bring Georgians back to work in the film industry during a pandemic;√ Transitioned a team of professional filmmakers through online and hybrid courses with high-quality video production and e-learning software management;√ Connected dozens (perhaps hundreds?) of former and current students with professional opportunities in the film industry!I am so grateful to have had this opportunity to serve the film community as a leader in education with my friends at the GFA, and I look forward to the next exciting chapter as I venture into the private sector!

An extraordinary story based on true events, Susie's Hope follows a family who triumphs over tragedy and changes lives in their community. A survivor of a horrific pit bull attack, Donna Lawrence, adopts a pit bull-mix puppy, Susie, that has been beaten, set on fire and left for dead. Together, they learn to heal, love and forgive as they lead a historic effort to seek justice and protection for all animals

Oversee the creative process for the new series "Space Off," and related content, in addition to logistical organization of shoot schedules.

Award-winning short films and development of features.

In addition to managing payroll for entire cast and crew, I also oversaw all Check Requests, Purchase Orders and Petty Cash. Additionally served as a coordinator for travel, hotel and out-of-state equipment rentals.

As the NC Casting Director, auditioned and selected talent for Director's review for all Supporting and Day Player roles, as well as all Background. Created Deal Memos, Cast List, managed SAG paperwork including Taft Hartleys.
