Key Responsibilities: End to End full life cycle – Requirements, Sourcing, Short listing, E-Mail / Confirmation, Negotiations and Submitting. Handling multiple requirements at a time and fulfilling to clients.  Working on different technologies and domain as per the clients requirement Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references, head hunting, and networking. Gathering the requirements from hiring manager / accounts manager, screening the requirements and fishing out promising profiles within time frame. QA or Quality check for resume Negotiate the pay rate with the candidate Submitting resume directly to the hiring manager / account manager within the bill rate or negotiate bill rate.  Coordinating interviews for candidates with the clients and ensuring that the process is completed as per schedule  Maintain and update the Resource database consistently.  Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities: Generating the cost for the company as an individual as well as for the team. Meet recruitment targets within short-time frames Helping for understanding requirement to the team, validate the candidate through technical round interview and successfully submitting matching candidate / profile to the client.  Frequent Client Meeting which Includes meeting the Technical Team as well HR Team Handling recruitments for all the major players in the industry, like FIC, Keane India, TechMahindra, Virtusa, ITC Infotech & NIIT. Examine the client’s prerequisite and formulate the plan of action and communicate the same to the team.  Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references, head hunting, and networking. Selling the client to the candidate and vice versa  Interviewing candidates, validating resumes and short-listing potential candidates fulfilling the prerequisites of the client  Coordinating interviews for candidates with the clients and ensuring that the process is completed as per schedule  Maintain and update the Resource database consistently.  Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
