What I DoResponsible for the design and facilitation of agency-wide leadership capability programs aimed at developing a growth mindset culture that values psychological safety and enables people to be authentic and empowered to deliver their best. Serve as a key strategic partner across the agency to accomplish the agency’s mission – continuously seeking out new learning and development approaches and practices to improve employee engagement around our shared goals. Provide expertise in systems thinking and developing a shared understanding of formal and informal system-wide connections to be able to frame and evaluate issues, see downstream affects, and imagine future implications across the end-to-end system to help prioritize solutions.Evaluate the effectiveness of training and monitor onboarding and continuous learning events to ensure consistency and quality.Effectively leverage available technology resources to manage the coordination of learning activities including, but not limited to, program scheduling, training spaces, implementation, facilitation, program-related materials, facilitators, trainers, and other learning resources.Responsible for the hiring and deployment of learning consultants including providing direction, alignment, and day-to-day accountabilities as well as budget monitoring and management.Provide direction to support staff including coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team to produce a high-quality learning environment for all participants.Lead the project management of learning initiatives with key partners including planning, needs analysis, development, implementation, delivery and maintenance all within scope, schedule and budget.Develop and deliver train-the-trainer courses to facilitate effective learning and development throughout the agency.
