I plan women's events and conferences which includes securing the space, securing speakers, setting the schedule, getting the food together, planning, and promoting the events. I also plan fundraising events for friends and those in need which includes securing the space, gathering resources, coordinating and managing volunteers, cooking, and promoting the event.

As a student worker, I worked in the School of Nursing. While employed there, the secretary had a major family emergency and had to resign. I stepped up to take over her duties until they could find a replacement for her. This includes record keeping, data entry, answering the phone, going to the post office, filing, and doing whatever else was needed for the director.
